The Arkansas Governor's School is a six-week residential program for upcoming high school seniors chosen based on their accomplishments in one of eight areas: Choral Music, Drama, English/Language Arts, Instrumental Music, Mathematics, Natural Science, Social Science, or Visual Arts. Students apply for this summer program during their junior year of high school.
